How the 16 archetypes work:
a field guide

The sixteen archetypes are not sixteen unrelated boxes. They are built from three casts — Leader, Partner, Analyst — and the ways human character blends them. Understand the casts and the whole list becomes predictable.

Three casts, like primary colours

Every person leans toward deciding (Leader), connecting (Partner), or measuring (Analyst) — and usually carries a secondary tilt. The system expresses that like colour mixing:

• Pure casts — Leader (AA-bc), Partner (BB-ac), Analyst (CC-ab): one dominant orientation.
• Two-cast blends — Leader-Partner (AB-c), Leader-Analyst (AC-b), Partner-Analyst (BC-a): the dominant pair, with the third in the background.
• Three-cast blends — ABC, ACB, BAC, BCA, CAB, CBA: all three present, ordered by strength.
• The Mediator (abc) — the fully balanced type, no dominant cast at all. Pure adaptability.

Why the order of letters matters

ABC and ACB are different archetypes. The first letter is the dominant cast; the second, the strong secondary. A Feeling Leader (ABC) leads through empathy; a Thinking Leader (ACB) leads through strategy. Same first letter, opposite second — two genuinely different people, two genuinely different readings.

How a reading lands on one archetype

The AI measures 478 landmarks from your photo and computes the geometry — the proportions that carry the cast signal. Then twelve questions measure how you move through a day. The two signals are combined; where they agree, the reading is confident; where they diverge, it stays honest. The output is one of the sixteen — a mirror, not a verdict.
