The Leader archetype:
the face of decision

Every system of face reading has its version of the Leader. The classical traditions called it the commanding face: breadth, structure, a certain forwardness. Triangula's geometry reads it as proportions — the frame of the face carrying more presence than the softness of the features.

The pure Leader: AA-bc

The purest expression of the cast is decisive, emotionally convincing, self-reliant. The geometry is coherent and strong; the questions confirm a person who decides early, stands behind the decision, and carries people by conviction rather than by committee.

Leadership has accents

The Leader cast rarely appears alone. Triangula maps five blends:

• Feeling Leader (ABC) — empathetic, socially attuned, persuasive. The leader who wins people before winning arguments.
• Thinking Leader (ACB) — strategic, analytical, cautious. The most calculating of leaders: sees the board, not just the move.
• Leader-Partner (AB-c) — action-oriented warmth, the harmonious blend of command and connection.
• Leader-Analyst (AC-b) — thinks in frameworks and long horizons; the leader who is also the architect.
• Feeling-thinking Leader (A-bc) — sees feeling and analysis at once; the most balanced of the command-oriented types.

Each blend is a different way of leading — and the reading distinguishes them, because geometry plus questions sees which axis tilts.

What leadership geometry does not say

A Leader reading is not a licence or a career verdict. It is an orientation: a description of how you tend to stand in a group. The value is reflection — noticing the pattern, and deciding whether the pattern serves you. Take the test to see which way your own geometry tilts.
